Mobile Notary Public

Notary Fees in Nevada are limited by statute.  Services include acknowledgments, oaths, certified copies, and travel. 

Acknowledgment fees

• $15 for the first signature of each signer

• $7.50 for each additional signature

• $25 for each signature with Remote Online Notary
  
  

Oath or affirmation fees

• $7.50 for administering an oath or affirmation without a signature

• Certified copy fees $7.50 for certifying a copy.
  
  

Jurat fees

• $15 for each signature on the affidavit

• $25 for each signature with Remote Online Notary 
  
  

Statutory Marriages

• $75 

Travel fees

• $15 per hour for travel between 6 AM–7 PM 

• $30 per hour for travel between 7 PM–6 AM 

• Notaries may charge a minimum of 2 hours for travel 

Notaries and signers must agree on the hourly travel rate in advance. The notary must explain that the travel fee is separate from the notarization fee and not required by law.

Our traditional notary travel fee to most locations in the Las Vegas Strip Tourism Corridor is flat at $29.

Nevada notaries public perform a variety of services, including:

Acknowledging documents:  Signature(s) witnessed and confirmed by the Notary Public

Administering oaths and affirmations: Documenting testimony that information in a document is true 

Certifying copies: Authenticating and certifying true and correct copies of original documents 

Executing jurats: Administering oaths on evidentiary documents used in the civil and criminal justice system 

Taking affidavits: Verifying sworn statements for use in legal proceedings 

Notaries public are highly regulated to be an affordable instrument against fraud. They can not give legal advice, nor charge beyond statutory fees.
